Stella’s Distance Coaching Includes:

  • a personalized training program based on your sport, goals, equipment available, and injury history
  • a personal dynamic warm up plan
  • a personal prehab and rehab plan (if needed)
  • weekly training schedule,¬†exercises, sets, reps, and percentages.
  • access to video demonstrations for exercises not known to athlete
  • continuous monitoring with alterations as needed
  • constant communication via phone consults (weekly) and email (weekly)
